Job Summary
To enhance the organization's security posture, the full-time Application Security Analyst will identify, analyze, and mitigate application security risks through security assessments, penetration testing, and secure code reviews while collaborating with development and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive manual application security assessments and penetration testing across various platforms
- Identify, validate, and prioritize security vulnerabilities, providing remediation guidance to development teams
- Utilize industry-standard security testing tools and produce detailed security assessment reports for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in manual application security assessments and penetration testing
- Hands-on experience with secure code reviews in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and application security testing methodologies
- Experience assessing vulnerability severity using industry-standard methodologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
