Application Security Architect
Job Summary
Supporting the Engineering & Automation transformation program, the remote Application Security Architect will manage security architecture and engineering efforts across various regions while ensuring sustainable operational adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security architecture, operations, and legal to drive security initiatives
- Implement and oversee identity and access management solutions, focusing on OAuth2/OIDC and JSON Web Tokens
- Mitigate threats by securing APIs against vulnerabilities and enhancing runtime protection through Web Application Firewalls
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with OAuth2/OIDC and JSON Web Tokens
- Proficiency in configuring secure API gateways and implementing rate limiting
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 API vulnerabilities and threat mitigation strategies
- Experience with Web Application Firewalls and behavioral anomaly detection tools
- Ability to work across multiple regions and collaborate with diverse teams
