Application Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing technology team, the full-time Application Software Engineer will design, code, test, implement, and maintain software applications while collaborating with business analysts and technical product managers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops program logic for new applications and modifies existing application logic
- Codes, tests, debugs, and documents software applications while ensuring system improvements are implemented successfully
- Participates in project planning and analysis phases, translating business requirements into product designs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, including agile methodologies
- Experience with business modeling and requirements definition
- Familiarity with software development principles in one or more programming languages
- 0-2 years of applications development experience
