Application Support Analyst
Job Summary
Providing customer-facing application support, the full-time salaried Application Support Analyst - SQL will investigate data issues, develop SQL queries, and coordinate with various stakeholders while working remotely with Government approval.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support by clarifying, researching, and resolving incidents and service requests
- Create and execute SQL queries to investigate data issues and perform authorized data corrections
- Document work in the designated ticketing system and maintain communication with users regarding status and resolutions
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data management, business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing support for business applications
- Hands-on SQL experience with SELECT queries and data correction techniques
- Ability to read and analyze stored procedures and relational data structures
- Current Security+ CE certification at the time of hire
