Application Support Analyst
Job Summary
Working in a hybrid role from the Louisville, KY office, the full-time Application Support Analyst will resolve escalated incidents with new and legacy applications, promote client configurations to production, and set up reporting for new clients.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzing application systems and diagnosing issues related to their development and maintenance
- Preparing workflows for writing, testing, and maintaining computer programs
- Conducting training and presentations while supporting existing applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- 1-2 years of work experience in a related field
- Hands-on experience with object-oriented languages, relational database management systems, and web technologies
- Familiarity with SQL
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve independently
