Application Support Analyst

Job Summary

To support the transaction ecosystem, the full-time remote Application Support Analyst will manage payment transaction flows, monitor system health, and drive incident resolution across B2C and Enterprise product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and manage end-to-end payment transaction flows using Oracle SQL, Postman, and OpenSearch
• Maintain business-critical payment services and monitor system health using Grafana and related tools
• Conduct incident response efforts, including root-cause investigations and coordination with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Practical experience using SQL for data querying and Postman for API debugging
• Basic Linux, network, or cloud administration experience
• Experience managing concurrent, time-sensitive incidents under strict SLA windows
• Ability to interface with external entities and internal stakeholders effectively
• Basic programming skills to read code and inspect data payloads
