Application Systems Analyst II
Job Summary
To support enterprise business applications, the full-time remote Application Systems Analyst II will analyze, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot applications while serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, support, and maintain enterprise business applications for optimal performance and availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, system errors, and performance problems
- Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, systems analysis, or application administration
- Active DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT Level II) Certification
- Experience troubleshooting application and system issues
- Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- High school diploma or GED
