Application Systems Analyst II
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Application Systems Analyst II will manage the deployment and development of vendor-proprietary hospital application software, ensuring alignment with clinical health system workflows and collaborating with project teams to enhance IT deployment and optimization efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze existing and proposed vendor-supplied software functionality to ensure conformity with clinical workflows
- Utilize specialized software tool sets to enable software functionality and partner with project teams to achieve goals
- Lead IT deployment and optimization efforts in collaboration with the Project Management Office to support performance improvement objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Nursing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Three years of healthcare, consulting, or IT-related experience with application software deployment
- Preferred certification(s) related to business, clinical, or financial application systems
- Preferred professional clinical licensure (e.g., RN, Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy) for supporting clinical application systems
- Ability to conduct workflow analysis and translate outcomes into software functionality
