Application Systems Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day operations of clinical, administrative, and financial applications, the full-time remote Application Systems Manager will manage budgets, direct team activities, and ensure adherence to best practices while providing technical leadership and support.

Key responsibilities

• Directs daily operations and manages the work of employees, focusing on employee engagement and problem resolution
• Plans and manages departmental budgets to achieve financial objectives while ensuring timely project delivery
• Coordinates technical interdependencies and manages relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or computer technology related field, or four years of relevant experience
• Six years of experience in configuring, supporting, training, and implementing healthcare systems
• Demonstrated effective leadership and communication skills
• Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Experience working in a healthcare environment
