Job Summary
A company is looking for an Applications Administrator II to manage the ServiceNow platform and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Administers and troubleshoots the ServiceNow platform, including configuration and maintenance
- Participates in implementing updates, upgrades, and enhancements for ServiceNow
- Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve production issues and support operational applications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years of related experience in a technical support role
- Knowledge of ServiceNow components including incident, problem, and change management
- Experience with user interface, workflows, and reporting in ServiceNow
- Certification as ServiceNow - System Administrator (CSA) is preferred
