Applications Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely within the United States, the full-time Applications Analyst will manage installation and maintenance requests for the SmartPay and Ensenta platform, ensuring software applications are operational and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of installation and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency
- Provide remote software installation services and ensure applications are fully functional
- Communicate effectively to troubleshoot issues and escalate as necessary for outstanding customer service
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in a financial institution, fintech, or technical helpdesk setting
- Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods for problem-solving
- Willingness to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST and participate in an on-call rotation as needed
- Professional and positive attitude towards embracing change to support business needs
- Understanding of the payments industry is a plus
