Applications Architect Lead
Job Summary
Leading the technical strategy and architecture for a large-scale federal program, the full-time Applications Architect Lead will oversee system design across Non-Classified, IL5, and IL6 environments while ensuring compliance with federal security requirements and providing technical leadership to engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall system architecture and technical design across Non-Classified, IL5, and IL6 environments
- Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering and DevSecOps teams throughout the system lifecycle
- Ensure security architectures and implementations align with OWASP principles and federal cybersecurity requirements
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen with the ability to pass a federal background investigation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 16+ years of relevant professional experience
- 4+ years of technical leadership or architecture experience
- Extensive experience supporting large-scale defense programs
