Job Summary
Collaborating cross-functionally with customers and internal teams, the full-time Applications Engineer will translate product designs into scalable production solutions while providing technical expertise to support electric motor development and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and define product specifications and design electric motors, including both electrical and mechanical components
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support product development and resolve issues
- Prepare technical proposals and provide ongoing technical support to internal teams and external customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in engineering, preferably within the electric motor or manufacturing industry
- Internship or co-op experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with safe operation of hand and power tools
- Ability to travel on a limited, quarterly basis
