Job Summary
To support the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of moderately complex applications, the full-time remote Applications Engineer II will manage specific application components and workflows while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement application solutions within the application portfolio
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for production services, including monitoring and incident response
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and vendors to facilitate cross-departmental projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of industry-related experience, preferably in healthcare, research, or regulated industries
- Experience supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response
- Certifications may be required within 90 days of hire, depending on the application portfolio
- Experience with application components, workflows, or integrations
