Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Applications Engineer II will design, configure, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for moderately complex applications and services while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement application solutions within the application portfolio
- Manage specific application components, workflows, or integrations to ensure reliability and scalability
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to support cross-departmental projects
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of industry-related experience, particularly in healthcare or regulated industries
- Experience supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response
- Certifications may be required based on the application portfolio within 90 days of hire
- Experience with application design and implementation processes
