Job Summary
To support the delivery of defined solutions within the application portfolio, the full-time remote Applications Engineer II will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of moderately complex applications and services while building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions for specific application components, workflows, or integrations
- Provide ongoing support and incident response for production services
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on various projects and initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of industry-related experience, preferably in healthcare, research, consulting, or regulated industries
- Experience supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response
- Certifications may be required within 90 days of hire, depending on the application portfolio
- Equivalent technical certifications may be preferred for non-Epic portfolios within 90 days of hire
