Job Summary
To support the delivery of defined solutions within the application portfolio, the full-time remote Applications Engineer II will design, configure, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for moderately complex applications and services while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement application components, workflows, and integrations with limited oversight
- Build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders, including vendors and colleagues across departments
- Support production services, including monitoring and incident response for application performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of industry-related experience, preferably in healthcare, research, or regulated industries
- Experience in supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response
- Certifications relevant to the application portfolio, required within 90 days of hire
- Experience with application design and configuration
