Job Summary
Responsible for the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of moderately complex applications, the full-time remote Applications Engineer II will manage specific application components and workflows while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions within the application portfolio with limited oversight
- Build and enhance relationships with stakeholders and vendors to support cross-departmental projects
- Monitor and respond to incidents in production services, ensuring reliable and secure application performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of industry-related experience, particularly in healthcare or regulated industries
- Experience supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response
- Certifications may be required within 90 days of hire, depending on the application portfolio
- Experience with application components, workflows, or integrations
