Job Summary
To support the ongoing development of application services, the full-time remote Applications Engineer II will design, configure, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for moderately complex applications while managing specific components, workflows, or integrations within the application portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions for application components and workflows with limited oversight
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance application performance and reliability
- Monitor production services and respond to incidents to ensure service continuity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of industry-related experience, particularly in healthcare or regulated industries
- Experience supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response
- Certifications required within 90 days of hire, depending on the application portfolio
- Experience with application design and configuration
