Job Summary
To support the delivery of defined solutions within the application portfolio, the full-time remote Applications Engineer II will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of moderately complex applications and services.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement application components, workflows, or integrations with limited oversight
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance application performance and reliability
- Provide ongoing support and incident response for production services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or a related field
- 4 years of industry-related experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
- Experience supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response
- Certifications may be required within 90 days of hire, depending on the application portfolio
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
