Job Summary
To support the ongoing development of application services, the full-time remote Applications Engineer II will design, configure, test, implement, and provide support for moderately complex applications, while managing specific components and workflows within the application portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions for application components and integrations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance application performance and reliability
- Provide ongoing support and incident response for production services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of industry-related experience, particularly in healthcare, research, or regulated industries
- Experience supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response
- Certifications may be required within 90 days of hire, depending on the application portfolio
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight on defined solutions
