Job Summary
Responsible for the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of moderately complex applications, the full-time remote Applications Engineer II will deliver defined solutions within the application portfolio while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure application components, workflows, or integrations with limited oversight
- Support production services, including monitoring and incident response
- Build and enhance effective working relationships with a range of contacts, vendors, and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 or more years of industry-related experience
- Experience in healthcare, research, consulting, or regulated industry applications
- Ability to obtain required certifications within 90 days of hire
- Experience supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response
