Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Applications Engineer II will design, configure, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for moderately complex applications and services while managing specific application components and workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions within the application portfolio with limited oversight
- Build and enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support cross-departmental projects
- Monitor and respond to incidents in production services, ensuring reliable and secure application performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 or more years of industry-related experience, particularly in healthcare, research, or regulated industries
- Experience supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response
- Certifications relevant to the application portfolio, to be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Experience with application components, workflows, or integrations
