Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Applications Engineer II will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of moderately complex applications and services, while delivering defined solutions within the application portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement application solutions, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability
- Manage specific application components, workflows, or integrations with limited oversight
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support cross-departmental projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 or more years of industry-related experience, particularly in healthcare or regulated industries
- Experience supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response
- Certifications may be required within 90 days of hire, depending on the application portfolio
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
