Job Summary
Responsible for the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of moderately complex applications and services, the full-time remote Applications Engineer II will manage specific application components and workflows while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure applications and services to deliver reliable and scalable solutions
- Support production services, including monitoring and incident response
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across various departments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 or more years of industry-related experience
- Experience in healthcare, research, consulting, or regulated industry applications
- Ability to obtain required certifications within 90 days of hire
- Experience supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response
