Job Summary
Responsible for the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of moderately complex applications, the full-time remote Applications Engineer II will manage specific application components and workflows while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions within the application portfolio with limited oversight
- Build and enhance relationships with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for cross-departmental projects
- Support production services, including monitoring and incident response
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 or more years of industry-related experience, particularly in healthcare or regulated industries
- Experience with application support and production services
- Certifications may be required based on portfolio within 90 days of hire
- Experience in supporting complex application services and workflows
