Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Applications Engineer II will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of moderately complex applications and services while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions within the application portfolio, ensuring reliability and scalability
- Manage specific application components, workflows, or integrations with limited oversight
- Build and enhance relationships with a variety of contacts, vendors, and stakeholders to support cross-departmental projects
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 or more years of industry-related experience
- Experience in healthcare, research, consulting, or regulated industry applications
- Experience supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response
- Certifications may be required within 90 days of hire, depending on the portfolio
