Job Summary
Leading the Enterprise Applications Support team, the full-time Applications Support Manager will oversee software procurement, maintenance, and production support for Oracle Fusion HCM and Finance in a 100% remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily activities of the Support Services team and manage vendor relationships within a Managed Services model
- Serve as the primary contact for business units, analyzing application effectiveness to identify optimization opportunities
- Oversee production support, lead root-cause analysis for incidents, and ensure application availability and compliance with standards
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in enterprise application support and delivery
- 5 years of direct team leadership experience
- Hands-on or leadership experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Fusion Finance
- Experience managing vendors and SLAs within a Managed Services model
- ITIL and ITSM certifications strongly preferred
