Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions, the full-time remote Applied AI Architect will focus on agent architecture, data integration, and AI governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer business challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement agent architecture and capabilities to enhance customer interactions and data utilization
- Collaborate with pre and post-sale teams to align business problems with actionable solutions
- Resolve platform-fit ambiguities and support customers in overcoming implementation challenges
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or solutions architecture with a focus on AI solutions
- Deep expertise in at least one of the specified focus areas related to AI and architecture
- Fluency in the Salesforce platform or a major alternative technology relevant to the role
- Proven track record of engaging through delivery and resolving stalled projects
- B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management Information Systems
