Leading the delivery of priority AI initiatives, the full-time Applied AI Delivery Lead will manage complex customer engagements from planning through deployment and adoption in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Own delivery of priority AI initiatives, leading customer engagements from scoping to launch
- Build and drive an integrated delivery plan with clear milestones and success measures
- Resolve blockers and drive decisions by identifying risks and coordinating stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in leading complex enterprise technology deployments or customer delivery programs
- Proven track record of driving programs from scope through launch and adoption
- Strong technical aptitude with understanding of AI systems, APIs, and enterprise architecture
- Ability to translate customer priorities into actionable delivery plans
- Experience building trust with customers and leading teams outside of direct reporting lines
