Applied AI Engineer
Job Summary
To support innovative AI solutions, the full-time Applied AI Engineer will lead requirements discussions, define technical approaches, and deliver end-to-end capabilities while working remotely across various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements conversations with stakeholders to define workflows and acceptable results
- Define the technical approach, selecting appropriate AI patterns and recommending simpler solutions when necessary
- Build complete capabilities, including design, integration, and operationalization, while mentoring engineers new to AI
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in building and shipping production software
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with applications integrating large language models
- Proven ability to manage a capability from ambiguous requirements to production
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or SQL
- U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain necessary security clearances
