Applied AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technology practice, the full-time Associate Applied AI Engineer will engage in client-facing roles to define business needs, develop production-quality software, and contribute to AI integration across applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirements discussions with business stakeholders to understand workflows and desired outcomes
• Build production-quality functionality and complete applications that integrate AI capabilities with user-facing features
• Support client demonstrations and proofs of concept, helping customers understand AI applications for their business challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent demonstrated ability
• 1+ years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience building applications that integrate large language models and APIs
• Familiarity with a general-purpose programming language such as Python, TypeScript, or SQL
• Ability to conduct requirements conversations with non-technical stakeholders and propose technical approaches
