Job Summary
Building AI-powered solutions for healthcare, the full-time Applied AI Engineer will design and develop services, APIs, and tools for Clinical Documentation and Medical Coding, collaborating with product and machine learning teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build features and products driven by large language models (LLMs) across the entire stack
- Deploy evaluation frameworks and experimentation loops for reliable, production-grade systems
- Partner with product, clinical, and revenue cycle experts to innovate AI applications in healthcare
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in a technical role with a strong foundation in AI and data analysis or backend systems
- 1+ years of experience shipping production AI systems to end users
- Experience designing offline/online evaluations and implementing agentic systems
- Proficiency in Python
