Building reusable infrastructure and automation for a growing property technology business, the full-time Applied AI Engineer will work remotely across the UK, Ireland, and European time zones, focusing on developing AI agents, orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Designing and building reusable components for AI workflows and operational tooling
- Developing evaluation frameworks to assess AI performance and improve agent behavior
- Collaborating with product and operational teams to identify automation opportunities and implement dependable software solutions
Required qualifications
- Strong software engineering experience with a track record of bringing complex systems to production
- Hands-on experience with AI or agentic systems in a real business context
- Practical knowledge of context management, orchestration, and tool usage
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL; Python-based AI experience is also welcome
- Strong architectural judgment and ability to align technical decisions with business needs
