Job Summary
To support innovative growth initiatives, the full-time Applied AI Engineer will build reliable and measurable AI agents, leveraging Python, SQL, and LLM APIs while collaborating closely with marketing engineering teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI agents that enhance business operations and solve complex problems
- Collaborate with growth pods to identify and own solutions for marketing challenges
- Evaluate and improve the performance of AI models and systems in production
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with LLM APIs and agent orchestration
- Demonstrated experience shipping production systems that address vague problems
- Hands-on experience building and evaluating LLMs beyond demo stages
- Ability to measure and analyze the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Bonus: Familiarity with GTM data or marketing systems
