Job Summary
The remote, full-time Applied AI Lead will build and implement AI tools at ATG, focusing on hands-on delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and drive AI adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy automations, sizing opportunities and documenting requirements for AI-assisted development tools
- Own the implementation of ATG's AI-powered customer support system, managing integration, change management, and rollout
- Define governance standards for AI-built systems, including ownership, maintenance, and retirement processes
Required Qualifications
- Experience in building and shipping internal tools or automations that deliver measurable value
- Proven track record of leading significant cross-functional implementations or platform rollouts
- Fluency with AI-assisted development and low-code tools, along with an understanding of their practical applications
- Experience handling governance, security, or data-privacy issues in a corporate setting
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
