Job Summary
Leading the delivery of complex AI engagements, the full-time Applied AI Lead will work remotely to connect AI solutions with broader business transformations, translate opportunities into working products, and manage client relationships while guiding cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Connect AI initiatives to overall business strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and operational changes
- Translate user problems into AI opportunities, leading product discovery and shaping AI solutions from concept to deployment
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of AI projects, maintaining high standards and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, product development, or related fields
- Hands-on experience in developing AI products or solutions, from problem definition to deployment
- Proven ability to lead significant workstreams in strategy or transformation projects
- Experience with business transformation processes necessary for successful AI implementation
- Strong capability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and translate business needs into technical solutions
