Applied AI Lead

Job Summary

To enhance the organization's operational efficiency, the full-time Applied AI Lead will design and implement function-specific workflow experiments, measure outcomes, and collaborate across teams while maintaining oversight of AI governance and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Select functions to design and test workflow patterns, measuring and documenting results for scalability
• Build reusable prompt, agent, and integration patterns while collaborating with Applied Intelligence engineers
• Own enablement measurement by defining metrics, analyzing usage data, and reporting findings to leadership monthly

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in changing team workflows and demonstrating measurable outcomes
• Ability to build prompts, agent workflows, light integrations, and basic scripting
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms, large language models, and workflow automation tools
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring outcomes and reporting results clearly
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, business transformation, or related fields
