Job Summary
Leading the AI and automation initiatives for ClimateWorks' philanthropic ecosystem, the full-time Applied AI Manager will set technical direction, manage AI strategy, and build automated workflows, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the AI and automation agenda, establishing standards for evaluation and deployment across the philanthropic ecosystem
- Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows, improving data processing and integration with external datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure effective AI application
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree with 8+ years of experience or MS/MA degree with 6+ years in data analysis, AI, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with large language models and AI APIs for automation and natural-language tools
- Proficiency in Python and experience with data wrangling and machine learning concepts
- Demonstrated ability to deliver AI-based solutions for workflow problems, with a portfolio of relevant projects
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and strong stakeholder engagement skills
