Job Summary
Seeking exceptional quantitative thinkers, the full-time Applied AI Scientist will design and build agentic decision-support systems, develop mechanisms for systematic improvement, and turn agent enhancement into a quantitative problem, all while working collaboratively with senior technical and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build agentic decision-support systems that reason over data and support human decisions
- Develop evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to systematically improve system performance
- Generate high-quality software using AI coding systems and own complex problems from formulation to deployment
Required qualifications
- Rigorous training in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, physics, or statistics
- Hands-on experience designing or developing agentic systems with multi-step reasoning and planning
- Practical familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning
- Ability to design coherent software architectures and maintain reproducible environments
- Master's or PhD is welcome, but strong analytical thinking is essential
