Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end delivery of customer engagements, the full-time Applied Analytics Specialist will manage customer discovery, translate needs into technical requirements, and coordinate with internal teams while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering conversations with customers to translate business questions into technical requirements
- Own the delivery lifecycle of assigned customer programs, including planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication
