Applied Behavioural Scientist
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Applied Behavioural Scientist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the development of innovative and scientific strategies for people research, pre-employment assessment, employee listening, and recruiting
- Collaborate with the people team on initiatives to increase performance, reduce attrition, and drive employee engagement, well-being, and job satisfaction
- Deliver real impact to the company's culture in collaboration with the Culture Lab and develop data-driven solutions for diversity and inclusion
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Previous experience in applied behavioral science, people science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python or R, as well as intermediate SQL skills
- Graduate degree (M.A. or Ph.D.) in a quantitative behavioral science discipline
- End-to-end experience with research, including study design, execution, analysis, and reporting
- Advanced statistics and quantitative research skills
