Job Summary
Assisting the Valuation & Advisory Infrastructure Practice Group, the full-time Appraisal Coordinator will focus on research related to right-of-way and eminent domain matters, including data gathering, project tracking, and communication with local government entities, all in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research on taxes, zoning, and assignment information while compiling data from various applications and websites
- Respond to appraiser inquiries and track project status to ensure timely updates and information flow
- Assist in analyzing large sets of qualitative and quantitative data and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Industry-related experience with a familiarity in commercial real estate concepts, including property assessments and zoning
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel
- Ability to grasp basic real estate concepts quickly
- Strong collaborative skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Experience in problem-solving and removing obstacles to enhance team performance
