Job Summary
Supporting the Valuation & Advisory Infrastructure Practice Group, the full-time Appraisal Coordinator will assist team members with research on right-of-way and eminent domain matters, focusing on data gathering, project tracking, and effective communication with local government entities, all in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research on taxes, zoning information, and assignments while compiling data from various applications and websites
- Respond to appraiser inquiries regarding research and report data, and track project status effectively
- Assist in analyzing large sets of qualitative and quantitative data and communicate with local government entities for information confirmation
Required qualifications
- Industry-related experience with familiarity in commercial real estate concepts, including property assessments and taxes
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to grasp basic real estate concepts easily
- Strong collaborative skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Proven ability to proactively solve problems and remove obstacles for the team
