APRN Quality Improvement Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance clinical quality and support product development, the remote part-time APRN Quality Improvement Specialist will conduct structured chart reviews, provide actionable recommendations for the product team, and review clinical marketing content for accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured chart reviews to assess documentation quality and adherence to standards
• Review clinical articles and patient-facing content for accuracy and alignment with brand voice
• Support clinical audits and summarize findings to ensure compliance across practices

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APRN license in at least one U.S. state
• 2+ years of clinical experience in psychiatry or behavioral health
• Strong command of psychiatric documentation standards and controlled substance prescribing practices
• Excellent written communication and editing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
