Job Summary
To support the U.S. Department of State's humanitarian assistance efforts, the full-time hybrid APS Program Analyst will maintain operational records, coordinate workflows, and provide analytical support across multiple concurrent APS processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all APS Addenda, Statements of Interest, and award processes
- Coordinate schedules and documentation for technical eligibility reviews and merit selection processes
- Provide administrative support for Consultative Program Design and manage procurement-sensitive documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, international affairs, public health, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least five years of experience in U.S. government foreign assistance or grants management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of federal assistance processes and the solicitation-to-award lifecycle
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
