AR Associate - MVA/Billing Review

Job Summary

To support timely reimbursement processes, the full-time AR Associate - MVA/Billing Review will manage aged Accounts Receivables, work with auto insurance carriers and attorneys on Motor Vehicle Accident claims, and ensure compliance with billing guidelines while operating in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Review unpaid accounts and take actions to secure proper reimbursement, reducing overall AR balance
• Ensure accurate documentation of all actions taken and report any discrepancies or trends identified
• Meet established productivity benchmarks while managing tasks within designated time frames

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of revenue cycle experience may substitute for additional education
• 1+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, including Medicare and commercial insurance
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to analyze processes and recommend effective solutions
• Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude and ability to work independently
