Job Summary
To support the investigation team, the full-time AR Specialist will follow up on claims rejections and denials, identify billing issues, and communicate with insurance companies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on claims rejections and denials
- Identify billing issues and resolve correspondence issues
- Process and follow up on appeals, communicating with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims
Required qualifications
- AR follow-up experience
- Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret medical billing documentation and data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and concepts
