Job Summary
Driving demand for building envelope solutions, the full-time Architectural Sales Representative will collaborate with the AEC community to secure projects, manage customer relationships, and enhance specified sales for both new construction and restoration, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Persuade the design and architectural community on the value propositions of building envelope solutions
- Manage the spec-to-ship process, ensuring clear communication and understanding of the value proposition throughout the construction process
- Engage in prospecting for new opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of related industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.S) or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com
- Ability to read and create construction details is considered an asset
- Demonstrated experience in tracking projects through the specification and bidding stages
