Area Development Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of merchandise supply through the FUNDrive program, the full-time Area Development Manager will strategically develop relationships with non-profit organizations, manage a team to meet supply goals, and collaborate with various stakeholders, all while working remotely in the Central and Eastern Time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the FUNDrive program and increase merchandise supply
• Generate leads and build partnerships with non-profit organizations to enhance community outreach and awareness
• Manage and coach a team to achieve production goals while ensuring adherence to FUNDrive standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience and team management
• 2-3 years of experience in a regional, multi-unit chain environment
• Proficiency in Office 365, CRM, and Power BI
• Marketing and entrepreneurial experience is a plus
